NetSupport Manager Control

The NetSupport Manager Control for Android offers mobile remote control and remote desktop access for current users of NetSupport Manager remote control, enabling them to connect remotely from any Android tablet or smartphone.

This mobile Control feature allows users to easily search and connect to local computers using IP address or PC name, as well as to browse, connect, and view remote computers through the NetSupport Manager Internet Gateway component.

NetSupport Manager Control provides complete remote control capabilities, chat, and messaging for any remote PC running the NetSupport Manager Client (version 11.04 or later).

Getting Started:

1. Install the free NetSupport Manager Control app on your Android device.Note: The application may be installed on external storage initially, but the system defaults to internal storage. If internal storage is full, it will auto-install on external storage. You can manually move the app between internal and external storage after installation via system settings.
2. Download the NetSupport Manager Client setup file from www.netsupportmanager.com for installation on computers you wish to control remotely.
3. Wirelessly connect your Android device to the same network as the client computers for local access. For remote access, set up and configure the free NetSupport Gateway as explained on www.netsupportmanager.com.
4. Browse and find your Clients from within NetSupport Manager Control.
5. Select a Client and opt to View, Chat, or send a Message.
